After completing the three-day "Life of a Teacher" experience, I have gained valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of the teaching profession. While initially overwhelmed by the responsibilities, I have grown significantly in my confidence and competence as a beginner teacher.

Among the most important things I've improved at is classroom management. At first, I found it difficult to keep everyone engaged and in order during unscheduled times. But thanks to observation, trial, and error, and advice from my mentor teacher, I've been able to put into practice some useful strategies, like setting clear expectations, rewarding good behavior, and developing close bonds with kids. The result has been a more upbeat and effective learning environment in the classroom.

Lesson planning has also shown progress. I've discovered how important it is to design interesting and educational classes that meet the various needs of my learners. Through the integration of multiple pedagogical approaches, proficient use of technological tools, and provision of experiential learning opportunities, I have successfully established a more engaging and joyful educational environment.

Despite my great development, there are still certain things I could do better. For instance, I would like to develop greater differentiation strategies to better help kids with varied learning styles and abilities. In addition, I want to improve my ability to give my learners constructive criticism and encourage a growth mentality.

All things considered, the "Life of a Teacher" experience has been a worthwhile educational experience. I am eager to continue polishing my craft and improving the lives of my students because I feel more equipped to enter the teaching profession.
